What to expect

Pop in your headphones

You’ll need a quiet room and headphones or earphones on hand for accurate results.

Answer a few quick questions

Listen to some tones and answer a handful of simple questions. Takes about 10 minutes.

Get your results straight away

We’ll show you your results immediately and follow up by email with a copy.

Once you’ve finished, we’ll email your results and explain what they mean in plain language. If your results suggest it’s worth a closer look, one of our friendly team members will get in touch to arrange a proper hearing test, at a time that suits you.

Is this a real hearing test?

No. It's a quick screening check to give you an indication of your hearing. A full hearing test with one of our audiologists is the only way to get an accurate result.

Do I need headphones?

Yes. For accurate results you'll need headphones or earphones and a quiet room, away from background noise.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We only use your details to send your results and, if appropriate, follow up about booking a hearing test. We don't sell or share your information.

What happens if my results suggest hearing loss?

One of our audiologists will get in touch to talk through your results and, if it's a good idea, book you in for a full hearing test. There's no obligation to go ahead.
